The first thing to do, is call our office at 303-462-3400, and one of our helpful booking agents will get you started by taking the information and specifications of your event or project. We will then submit a specific proposal to you, or quote a price and suggestions to you right then.
Proposals are sent to you free of charge, usually via email, and will be sent within a few days of the initial phone call. Urgent bookings are sped up, in keeping with our quality service. Prices on the proposals include all fees (talent pay, travel, production, costumes, booking fees and any other costs relating to the job). Additional charges are given to you for your approval before contracting.
Contracts are issued and are faxed and mailed, once you have decided on what you would like. There is a signature deadline and a 50% deposit is requested in most cases.
We line-up your entertainers and other services and are responsible for paying those entertainers and services. We handle taxes and send any applicable 1099’s to the IRS and the entertainers to whom it applies.
Meetings with you and the entertainers can be done by phone or in person, however, meetings in person are typically an extra charge. Phone meetings are arranged through our office. One of our office producers can meet with you free of charge, depending on availability, but most coordination can be done on the phone.
Our office finds the very best selection of entertainers and production companies for you, arranges all specifications with you and the venues and reconfirms details with your suppliers right up to your event or project date.
Gratuity and meals are usually not required for entertainers and services, but are up to you and welcomed. Alcoholic drinks are not recommended by our company and our
Talent Sign Up Agreements, between ourselves and the entertainers, prohibits the entertainers from alcohol on the job.
We have event managers and entertainment directors available for your on-site needs. Please call for quotes on these.
Payment can be made by check or credit card and balances are due either upon performance or within one week of completion of the event or project.
